October Prime Day is here, and one of my favorite affordable finds just got cheaper. The fall annual sale has brought the price of Strapsicle’s Kindle Straps down to $17, and the offer is just unbeatable.

These straps are already affordable, costing around $22 at regular price, but the 20% discount for Prime Day makes it even easier to try and buy or jump into the world of e-reader accessories for the first time.

I’ve been using my Strapsicle Kindle straps to better grip my Kindle Paperwhite (also on sale) for over a year, and I can’t stop yapping about them. My coworker, Maria Diaz, even purchased a pair herself, and I’ve gifted them to several friends and family members. I have them in multiple colors, and like Pokémon, I must collect them all. Collecting is certianly not required, but it is a fun way to mix up your Kindle’s look from time to time.

Simply put, Strapsicle is a set of silicone straps that secure your Kindle device and give you a custom and comfortable grip for reading. And unlike PopSockets, you can remove these straps whenever you want.

Also: This simple Kindle accessory seriously upgraded my reading experience (and it costs less than $25)

If you know an avid reader or will be gifting a Kindle or Kobo to a loved one this holiday season, you should consider adding a set of Strapsicle hand straps. I purchased these last October after dropping my own Kindle Paperwhite on my face one too many times, and have never been more impressed with an e-reader accessory.

These straps simply pop over the corners of Kindles and other e-reader devices. They’re made of silicone and are easy to clean, too. They’re comfortable in the hand and allow me to grip my Kindle from nearly any angle I want, which is a much better deal than being limited to the placement of one PopSocket.

The Strapsicle fits most e-readers, creates a secure grip, and adds a layer of protection. The accessory comes in fun colors, including blush pink (pictured in this article), lilac, sage green, and more. The straps come in four sizes: small, medium, large, and Kindle Oasis, and a handy size chart makes it easy to match the right Strapsicle set with your respective e-reader model.

Don’t miss one of my favorite under $25 Prime Day deals and grab the Strapsicle Kindle Straps on sale while you can.

How I rated this deal

Since this is a 20% off deal, I rated it as a 3/5 editor’s deal rating, according to ZDNET’s deal rating system. The Strapsicle Kindle straps don’t usually fall below this $17 price, but they’re already so affordable that these exclusive Prime Day savings are just a nice touch. I’d recommend this accessory even at the regular price, so a discount (even a small one) is always appreciated. Plus, the majority of color options are discounted right now.
