As we gear up to celebrate our 10th anniversary in 2024, Agri-TechE is expanding its team. We’re seeking a passionate individual who shares our vision and wants to make a tangible impact within the agri-tech community.

Position: Membership Manager

Are you adept at fostering strong relationships and ensuring top-notch experiences?

Do you have a well-established knowledge of agri-tech and the ecosystems it spans?

As our Membership Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of member satisfaction, guiding them through a tailored journey within our vibrant network. Your role involves expanding our membership base, strategising retention, and curating valuable interactions among our diverse community.

What we’re looking for:

• Industry Knowledge: Demonstrable experience in agri-tech or technology’s role in agriculture/horticulture (3-5 years).
• Stakeholder Engagement: Proven track record in stakeholder engagement or community management and an awareness of the UK policy and/or funding landscape around agri-tech.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills: ability to build and maintain strong relationships with members; adept at effective communication, including delivering engaging talks and presentations, both in the UK and during occasional international trips.
• Innovative Mindset: Creative thinking to craft engaging member experiences and identify opportunities for our expanding membership
• Passion for Our Mission: A genuine desire to drive agri-tech innovation and collaboration.

This full-time role offers a salary range of £38,000 – £46,000 p.a., inclusive of a workplace pension, 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, and remote/flexible work options. We’re committed to diversity and equal opportunities.
