Tennis Coaching

Coaching can be provided for all ages and for all abilities, from beginner to expert. Mike Martin (Tel 07795 323245) is Head Coach and Dave Gibson ( Tel 07887 536572) Assistant Coach.  They can be contacted through the club.

Our Junior Tennis Coaching Program caters for all kids from the age of 4 to 18 yrs. We start them in Mini Tennis in groups of 12 and they can progress through the program to the Performance Squad. Our structure looks like this :

Mini Tennis
          Red                 Orange                Green               Yellow         

4 - 6 year olds     7 - 9 year olds    10 - 11 year olds   11 years and older 

At present Mini Tennis is played on Thursday Afternoon and Saturday morning, from April till October.

Development Squad  

This is for kids who are starting to make progress in their tennis, thus they are invited to join this group for a mid-weekly training session.

               Performance Squad                

This is for the kids who have made great improvements in their tennis and are playing regular competitive tennis. Most of the kids in this group belong to the Highland District Squad.

Dave's ladies Night

Dave Gibson runs group coaching for Ladies on a Monday Evening from 7.00pm. The course is aimed at Beginners/Improvers and will cost £5.00 a session. Anyone wanting to join up, give him a ring on 07887 536572.
