Dust off the racket and carefully remove the odor eaters from the trainers it's time for Squash.

SquashClub Night Monday Evenings 7pm onwards and Saturday 5.00 - 7.00pm. Play a variety of players in a more competitive but still very friendly atmosphere.

Club Morning Tuesday and Friday Mornings 10.00am - 12noon. Play matches where the emphasis is on a social and friendly game.

Junior Club Night Friday Evenings 6.00 - 8.00pm. Open to all juniors who want to enjoy a variety of opponents.

Highlands & Islands Team Matches Thursday Evenings 7.00pm - Team matches where you can watch the club's top players battle it out for the Highlands & Islands League title.

Junior Coaching Saturday Mornings 9.00am onwards - Coaching from some of the best coaches in Scotland, open to junior club members and visitors.

Inverness players take on the world.

Alan Clyne won the Galway Open beating Piedro Schweertman ( Netherlands ) 11/4 11/8 11/5 in the final. Seeded number one Alan did not drop a game in the $8,000 tournament.

Ewen Urquhart was also sweeping all before him in the West Ranking event in Glasgow. Seeded number 3 Ewen beat fellow Squash Academy player, David Jones, 11/6 12/10 12/10 in the Division 1 final. Congratulations also to Martin Ross for winning the Division 3 title.

Greg Lobban meanwhile was captaining the under 19 Scottish team to ninth place in the European Championships in Vienna. Greg won 4 games out of 7 including beating European number 8 Miroslav Celler.
